Utah Saints sample Kate

I'm sorry if this is a FAQ, but just the other day while watching MTV I
happened to notice a video with heavy sampling of Kate Bushes CLOUDBUSTING
video & song.
The video with the samples is by a band called UTAH SAINTS and the song is
called SOMETHING GOOD. The video includes a LOT of clips from Kates
Cloudbusting video and the line "Ooh I just know that something good is going
to happen" sampled and played back at high speed (with probably some kind of
sound-distortion).
Does anyone know anything about this band? Does Kate know about this? What
about copyright? This isn't just a couple of sampled sounds, but it felt like
the greater part of thet video was made up of these samples (well the lyrics
didn't seem to include anything else than the Kate-sample and someone shouting
"Utah Saints").
