the can?

I'm sure a lot of you have received Tom's latest Kate list (Tom runs
"C-Side Records" in case you don't know).  I have never heard of
"the can" thing he's talking about, with a t-shirt, book, and
record of rare kate stuff.  Anyone out there have one of these?
What's he talking about with colors?  Different color cans with
the same contents?

Any info is most appreciated.
