Hello again,

In response to a few interesting questions: Happy Rhodes stuff has
been announced as being released on CD. It was supposed to have
happened by now but has been delayed. They say they are only
printing 1000 of the initial run of each title due to the high
cost, and suggest reserving yours early (by paying for it/them). I
bit the bullet and sent them $ for the 1st 4 titles. If Happy
ever gets "big" and gets a real recording contract, these may
be collectors items... If not, you still get to hear the music!

Anyway, when the 4 CDs come I'll give them a listen and see how
they sound. I have none of the cassettes, so I can't do any
comparisons.

Tori GIFs? Now there's a concept ;-)

Regarding where to get TWW box set and how much will it cost:
Hard to say, and figure $150 or so. Check your local cool
record store(s). I saw an LP version in Houston for about
$140, a week ago, but Tom of C-Side records said the LPs sucked.
Does anyone know if C-Side still has box sets on CD?

Suggestion: Consider whether a tape of the Bsides would suffice.
Not that I would ever suggest or consider illicit taping... ;-)

BTW, I haven't seen any of the tori videos, but I have seen her on TV
"live" and can't imagine ever being happy with some lame-ass video
after having seen the real thing. Perhaps you can surmise from my
tone that I'm not a big MTV fan ;-) One must give them some
credit for "unplugged" and for actually doing live tori stuff, though.

Later,

-Dick
