Nope.  Her song was never applied to any copy of the movie, director's cut
or otherwise.

In other news, I found a sample of Kate.  The very end of "Reaching Out" is
on Suns Of Arqa's "Kalavati" (bleep & booster mix).

This track is on the CND "Give Peace A Dance Volume 2: The Ambient
Collection" disc, which I highly recommend to anyone with two ears and more
than five working brain cells.
