I didn't see Vickie's original posting (Node was done a couple o' days), but I have to agree with her here. The Archies were to their time what, say, Vanilla Ice is to these times. All sugar & artificial coloring, no substance at all... Confession time: Yeah, I used to like The Archies. However, I was only 5 or 6 at the time, so it can be forgiven. Actually heard "Sugar, Sugar" a couple of years ago. I almost choked. "Yuck! I used to like THAT?!?!" I would like to think if I were 5 years old today, I would not like Vanilla Ice, but, to be quite honest, I probably would. I remember those cardboard records... I think Kate should put out records on the backs of cereal boxes. I think Kate should have her own breakfast cereal ("Gaffa Flakes"? - probably some kind of hippie granola crap). Let's all write to Battle Creek and demand Kate get her own cereal. -Stev0, eater of Pop-Tarts "Cruch goes another spoonful When you try new Gaffa Flakes (See the free prize each special marked box)" - Ad for Kate's cereal -- Steve Berlin (Stev0) | "Up yours, Ugly!"
