I have seen Chanel Solitaire at least twice, and it is a
delicious and well done account of the rather tragic life of
Coco Chanel.    While I see a mild resemblance between
Marie-France Pisier and Kate, mostly in the lips, I think, I
wouldn;t put her high on my list of Kate look-a-likes.   
On another note, Marie-France Pisier is an absolutely
drop-dead gorgeous creature, and  she was excellent in this
film.  Karen Black had in interesting character to play, and
was very good.  In fact, while the men were very good in their
parts, the women were written to be much more interesting.
Kinda rare, it seems.  Anyways, I liked the various implied
attractions between the players.  I really liked this movie
alot.  

If you are a Marie-France Pisier fan, check out The Other Side
of Midnight.  Pure fun melodramatic trash.  But Marie is
exquisite, Susan Sarandon is pretty hot herself, and it's a
wonderfully sleazy plot.

Good mind candy.
