Summary: Looking to buy boxed set



 1) Where in the Bay area can I get the Kate Bush boxed set?
 2) How much should I expect to pay?

Also, what are the CDs in there?  I heard there are 8, and I'm only aware of 6
Kate Albums:

 The Kick Inside
 Never For Ever
 Lionheart
 The Dreaming
 Running Up That Hill
 The Sensual World
 (not counting The Whole Story compilation)

What are the other two?
