Missed digests (was "Binary" Digests?)

Anybody have any clever ideas how we can handle the missed-digests
problem, efficiently?

-- it'd be nice to have software we could automatically request back
numbers from

-- it'd be nice if we could ftp recent individual digests from wiretap

i never got 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 243, 246, 247, 272
even though bill says no numbers have been skipped.

(I have everything else back to 225, and can handle modest back-issue
requests, right now, anyway)
