How to Make A CD ad infinitum

Way back in April (does anybody remember that far?) David Datta makes some
exclamations about a "United Audio Corporation".

1) Where are these people?
2) Has anybody worked with them?  Had any experiences positive or negative?
3) If they aren't on the left coast, L.A. in particular, does anybody know
of a closer shop that does similar work at a similar cost?
