(nice KaTe-esque opening there) Greeting from the underside of planet Earth, far from such delights as regular KaTe publications, KonvenTions and KaTemas celebrations - yes, in the wild green yonder of New Zealand. This group, in fact, is the only sign I have apart from my personal tape collection that KaTe actually exists, and that there are other worshippers in the world of Our Lady of Perpetual Wuthering. *sigh* it's hard being isolated. Anyway, I'd like a little input from my fellow FanaTics on their views on...(cue drum roll)... the meaning of "The Ninth Wave". Now I understand the basic philosophy behind it, and it's quite simply breath- taking. In fact, the first time I heard it I took to my bed for a week, I was so emotionally freaked out. But I don't see that the songs string together in any logical way, other than sheer beauty. Can anyone out there furnish me with a basic story line? KaTe bless you all. __ This was THE BARD speaking. "Oh! To be in love, and never get out again!" "If I only could, I'd be running up that hill." DISCLAIMER: do you really think those guys in VUW are into KaTE?
