NEW HOUND

          Hello, my name is Eugene Yang.  I am sending this from
          Irvine, California.  I did not realize that I had access to
          Edu-net until yesterday, though I had been awared of
          Love-Hounds for a while.  I am not very knowlegable about
          networking, and have no idea how Love-Hounds operate.  If
          someone would be kind enough to send me the norms to follow,
          it would be greatly appreciated.  Hope to hear from anyone
          soon.
