I was in London earlier this week and went into an HMV in Oxford Street.
They had several copies of Vol. II of the rarities on sale separately
for #24-99. At this outrageous price I assume they are imports. There
was no sign of any copies of Vol. I.

They also had a boxed interview disc (two copies numbered 588 and 589)
which I think someone mentioned here before (only I cannot find the
posting - could they repost?). The shop was closing so I could not
find out any more (plus I had no money to buy it).
