I apologize if this is old news or if gaffa is the wrong place to
post but _I_ was surprised:

Laurie Andersons USA Live performance, long available on LP and
cassette has been released on a 4-CD set. I haven't checked completely,
but I think it is all there. It's about $45.00 here (Illinois).
