The Whole Story video & the boxed set

I just picked up the Whole Story video (the distributed by SVS), and
found that it doesn't contain the video for Wow.  Instead it contains
a bunch of clips from the Hammersmith video over the music from Wow.
I know I've seen a real video for Wow, so why didn't they use it?

I still haven't been able to get my hands on a copy of the cd box set yet,
every place I've called that had it already sold their 1 copy (for those
of you in Minneapolis, Northern Lights on University has an LP copy, $145). 
Gee, I remember when Kate stuff used to sit and collect dust for months on 
end around here and now this.  

Anyways, one of the places I called said that he would be happy to order one 
for me, but that I might want to wait a week or two for the domestic version 
to be released.  Anyone else know anything about this?  Will there be a 
domestic version out in a week or two?  He thought that he would price it
around $80, as opposed to $160 for the import version.  If they are the same,
I would rather buy the domestic version, since most of by Kate disks 
are already imports.
