That's our good friend NEWSMGR displaying his lack of understanding of
things like news feeds, moderated newsgroups and competence in
general.  Again the problem is not with gaffa.  I wish someone could 
convince these people that they're flooding the gaffa with garbage.
Alas, they plead ignorance.  I believe them.
