Chris Milton conducted some sort of poll in rec.music.misc.  I must
have missed it.  But today he posted the results.  Kate Bush appears
several times near the top:

Artist:  tied for No. 5
Artists voted for by album:  No. 6 (He doesn't say what album.)
Artists voted for by track:  No. 1 (Again, he doesn't say what track.)
Overall listing of all artists:  No. 2  (Behind Queen!)
