(As if there were only one hot debate-- gaffer's tape, did she drown,
is "Reaching Out" trash or not, which "Wuthering Heights" is better,
and on and on; but this is the "The Man with the Child in His Eyes"
hot debate.  With that clarified...)

The big debate over that song, as I remember, was when the question of
masturbation entered the discussion.  Someone mentioned the
"masturbatory atmosphere" (or something like), and then everyone
jumped into the fray about what man did she mean, and was it about
masturbation, and so on.
