Subject: Versions of TWW on VH-1: Confusion reigns!
There now seems to be several different versions of the video for "This Woman's Work" showing on VH-1. As I posted yesterday, until Sunday the only version they played had severe static problems for five to ten seconds near the beginning -- just as Kate comes out of the guy's body. This video was labeled as follows: Kate Bush "This Woman's Work" The Sensual World Columbia Records Well, starting Sunday they started playing a version of this video that added two lines to the label: The Sensual World; The Videos CMV Home Video This version did not have that static problem, so I guess they got a new copy. Yesterday afternoon, when I saw the video, they were using the old version again: Four lines in the label, and static at the key point. But this morning, I saw a version that had four lines in the label, but no static! I hope that no matter how many lines they use for the label, they'll continue to use their new copy of the video.
