It depends on how loosely you want to interpret the  |<...f'rinstance,
you might look at KaTe's right knee on the TKI cover and find the 
symbol.  However, the symbol is _very_ blatant on the back cover, on 
the wing of the kite...it's the "full" symbol...a black and white
circle, as opposed to a stick drawing such as on Lionheart.

As to KaTe touring?  Don't count on it.  In fact, count against it.
Very, VERY against it.  Then, if something happens and KaTe for some
weird reason decides that she was wrong all these years and what she
really needs to do in order to relax would be to tour, then you'll be even
more primed for a concert.  At least, that's the way I look at it.  <grin>
