This "Pirate" stunt is under discussion currently on some local newsgroups
here. Most of us believe that it is an MTV stunt. Analysis of the "Pirate"
images along with MTV's reputation for stunts leads to this conclusion.
BTW, if it were a real pirate, given the frequency of interruptions lately,
I am sure there would be a lot more noise from MTV about it. Remember
Captain Midnight, he got nailed bad. Look for some upcoming MTV event
revolving around "Pirate". Oh yes, MTV doesn't think twice about
mutilating a video, that's just the way that they are.
