I thought the following may be of interest...

There was a programme (QED) on TV last night titled "My best friend's a
computer".  It was concerned with computer addiction.  Children are being
reared on computerised toys (some of which speak in a friendly voice) from a
very early age, and it can confuse their emotions.  Violent computer games
are extremely dangerous, for obvious reasons.
