My copy of PG3, bought when the album first came out, has the color insert
(still).  I hadn't realized that the later ones don't.  Probably the record
company had one run printed up, and let it slide when that ran out.  I
have noticed this before with liner notes--sometimes the record companies
get cheap (surprise).
