Subject: Pink Floyd
I was listening to "The Wall" at work lastnight on my walkman when at the beginning on "Empty Spaces" I thought I heard some weird sounding sounds. (This is probably well known to everyone who cares, but *I* never new, so I figured I'd mention it). Next morning I plugged in the handy audio digitizer to the Amiga, recorded about 20 seconds, flipped it backwards, and played it. This is what I heard: Congratulations. You have just discovered the secret message. Send your answers to: The rest I can't really make out although I hear the words "Floyd... In care of" in there. This is the same way I FINALLY heard "We let the weirdness in" backwards (I got the digitizer very recently). THAT was neat. Now I have an ear open for that sort of stuff. On a slightly similar topic... I've been meaning to ask the Love-Hounds' bank of infinite knowledge this question that has been bothering me for a while: What year was Pink Floyd's "Atom Heart Mother" released? I own the CD and cannot find a date or copyright notice anywhere. Does this mean I can copy it!?!? I don't know where to put it in my collection (chronologically that is). Can anyone help? -Mike ------------------------------------------------------------------------- - You see, a song don't have much meaning - - When it don't have nothing to say. - - What she could do was magic son, - - All I could do was play. ...HC - -------------------------------------------------------------------------
