I just bought a new album by Foetus (under the name Foetus Corruptus) called RIFE. It's a double live album, and I'm wondering if it's a legitimate release or a bootleg. The sound quality is good, but it's packaged in a plain black single-pocket cover, with nothing but a black and white sticker of the CD booklet cover design from THAW, with "Interruptus" changed to "Corruptus" and "THAW" changed to "RIFE." The sticker also lists the names Clint Ruin, Algis Kizys, Norman Westberg, Ted Parsons, and Ray Scaballero. The record labels are black, with nothing but a single large white numeral on each, indicating the side. The album came with a paper insert that has a copy of the sticker and the following track list: 1. Fin Don't Hide It Honey I'm Home Dipsomaniac Kiss 2. English Faggot Grab Yo Ankles Slut Prayer For My Death 3. Ichingarda! The Faith Healer The Fudge Punch 4. Clothes Hoist Anything (Viva) Nowhere on the packaging or records is there any indication of the name of the record company or a catalog number. Even the mastering marks scratched in the vinyl only say "RIFLE-1-X-1" (where X = A, B, C, or D, indicating the side). Does anyone know when and where this was recorded, and whether it's a bootleg or a legitimate release? 888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888 88 88 88 Language is a virus from outer space.
