URGENT: Jarre in UK

Leibe Love-Hounds,

The London Jarre concert *has* been cancelled, but other cities are bidding
for it, so it looks like there will be something happening (probably not on
the advertised date, though).

Current wisdom has it that the favourites are Manchester, Liverpool and
Milton Keynes.
