Listen closely to the sample Bill uses as the focal point of
'The Rossetti Effect.' Now listen to 'Hey Nineteen' by Steely Dan.
Yeah. Sounds to me like he sampled the first second of the
latter song and used it as the frame for the former.
Anyone agree/disagree?
