The film is "WR: Mysteries of the Organism", directed by Dusan
Makavejev (Montenegro, The Coca-Cola Kid). It is a jumbled
pseudo-documentary dating from 1970, quite experimental.

The explicit footage is actually part of a sort of story that the
movie settles down into near the end, using uninhibited Yugoslavian
hippies as principal actors. An interesting film, but there are better
ways to learn about Reich.
