IED was so excited by Phil Stephens's posting
that he forgot to mention this interesting (infuriating)
bit of news:

The new U.S. twelve-inch single of "Cloudbusting"
is not only backed by two completely superfluous tracks
("The Man With the Child in His Eyes" and "Sat In Your Lap",
both exactly the same mixes as are on the The Whole Story LP
already) instead of some of the hitherto still unreleased
KT tracks in the U.S.

It's also misidentified as the "Meteorological mix"!
That, as you all know, was the name of the twelve-inch mix
for "The Big Sky", NOT "Cloudbusting", which had a twelve-inch
title of "The Organon <sic> mix".

Those EMI-America executives have GOT to be the STUPIDEST
people in the record industry.
