Cosy Fanny Tutti appears in a moderatly humourous and fairly revolting
(P. McCartney half naked, chained to a wall and worse) book cum
magazine called Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll (in the section on
what the magic formula is to sell product).  Others in this section
include Ronnie Spector and Iggi Pop.  The book is compiled by someone
called Miles and was published in the UK last year or the year before.
It includes several pages of photos on punk around 1976 in a section
called Punk, a Return to Basic Values.
