hard core, Grey Matter

Uh, I'm probably the least knowledgable about hardcore/speed metal among
this readership; but I like a very few hardcore bands I've heard (Gray
Matter, Fear, and local IllNoise) and submit this question:

What is the best hardcore album (hopefully available)?

You're of course free to support your answer with whatever assumptions you
like, but I'd most be interested in hardcore which exhibits: 1. reasonably
good production 2. great playing 3. optionally, cool lyrics.

Thanks,

P.S. Gray Matter's new EP is solid, overall better than their previous
(which I bought for their creat cover of "I Am the Walrus"). I like Fear
for its arrangements, use of odd time sigs. IllNoise is hardcore/metal
with Henrdix influences, tasty guitar solos.
