Just got a letter from Lisa at KBC:

Seems Kate read my question about "Agent Orange Song"
and was "knocked backwards", having had no idea of the
song's existence, much less her own alleged responsibility
for its presence on an obscure U.S. cassette of war vet songs.
Funny, since the erratum originally appeared in Tower Pulse! -- a
throwaway magazine that is just as readily found in London as it is here.
