That was done by a West German band called "Alphaville".  I don't
know anything else about them.  I saw two reviews of their record
and in both reviews they were compared against another new band at
the time:  "Eurogliders" from Australia, or New Zealand.  I can't
remember the name of "Eurogliders" one popular song.  Anyone else?
